It all began in Queens, New York at the age of three. Justine learned to bake in her mother’s kitchen. She stood on a folding chair and helped her mother bake. As her mother began teaching the proper way to bake, Justine will never forget the words “a little bit of this and a little bit of that” which molded her method of baking.
Throughout the years, she took all of the traditions her mother instilled in her and made them her own. She now delivers her custom Lolly cakes and cupcakes to all five boroughs and ships nationwide. Her line has expanded to include vegan and gluten free cake pops. Justine bakes with passion, love and from her heart.
