Justine has been baking since the age of three years old. Born and raised in Queens, she is from an Italian background and learned how to bake in her mother’s kitchen. She stood on a folding chair and helped her mother bake. Her mother taught her the proper way to bake “a little bit of this and a little bit of that.”
Throughout the years, Justine took all of the traditions her mother ensued in her and made them her own. She bakes with passion, love, and from her heart.
